Revenue & Funnel Operations Lead

About the role

The Revenue & Funnel Operations Lead will own end‑to‑end email and automation workflows that drive revenue for Cogent Properties. You will manage list growth, conversion, and recovery processes while leveraging AI tools to streamline reporting and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own all email sequences, from publishing to trigger bindings, and conduct weekly audits to ensure they are live and effective.
• Manage DM‑automation flows on an Instagram‑class platform, including keyword triggers and delivery fallbacks.
• Run weekly AI‑drafted broadcasts, review content, and obtain Founder approval before sending.
• Oversee list economics: growth, segmentation, deliverability, and conversion rate optimization.
• Design and execute re‑engagement campaigns for dormant lead pools.
• Handle abandoned‑checkout recovery, monitor recovery rates, and attribute recovered payments.
• Maintain live‑event funnels, covering registration, reminders, and post‑event nurture for paid events.
• Produce a Friday metrics summary for revenue, list growth, and conversion anomalies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience building and running email automations on platforms such as ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign.
• Comfort reading webhook logs and API responses without needing to code full‑time.
• Daily use of AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) to diagnose, build, and verify automation workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on revenue metrics rather than vanity metrics.
• Attention to audit discipline comparable to financial reconciliations.
