Residential Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of residential construction and renovation projects in Lagos. You will coordinate all project phases, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee residential construction and renovation projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Supervise subcontractors, artisans, and construction teams to guarantee quality workmanship and compliance with standards.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for materials and services.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain timelines.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout all phases.
• Prepare project reports, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• A well‑established network of reliable subcontractors, artisans, and construction trades in Lagos.
• Strong relationships with building material suppliers and vendors.
• Proven ability to recruit, coordinate, and manage trades required for residential projects.
• Experience obtaining competitive quotations and negotiating contracts.
• High integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between project sites.
