Repair & Spare Parts Technician – Lagos & Kano

About the role

We are looking for two skilled Repair & Spare Parts Technicians to join our team in Lagos and Kano. The role focuses on servicing distributor inverters, managing spare‑part inventories, and providing technical support for solar energy systems.

Key responsibilities

• Repair distributor inverters, replace boards and troubleshoot inverter issues.
• Maintain spare‑parts records, monitor stock levels and oversee logistics flow.
• Communicate regularly with headquarters and prepare detailed reports.
• Provide phone, message and email support for off‑grid, on‑grid and energy‑storage solar installations.
• Follow up on outstanding distributor cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist distributors with board replacement and inverter repair activities.
• Organise and attend regular meetings with distributors, record minutes and track action items.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field (advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience in PV system installation, commissioning or repair.
• Familiarity with major inverter brands.
• Experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of Hausa or Igbo is a clear advantage.
• Valid Nigerian driver’s licence.
