About the role

Dangote Cement Plc is looking for a motivated Relationship Officer to join its team in Ekwulobia, Anambra State. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
• Address client queries and concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for existing customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee timely product delivery.
• Prepare and present periodic sales activity and performance reports.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market intelligence.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales or customer relationship experience.
