Registered Nurse – Luxury Care Home

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our luxury care home in Lekki, Lagos. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered nursing care to elderly individuals in a serene, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and monitoring.
• Conduct regular health assessments and record vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, especially those with mobility challenges.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and acute health changes.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection‑control and safety protocols.
• Offer health education and emotional support to residents and families.
• Supervise and mentor junior caregivers when needed.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMCN license.
• 2–5 years of post‑NYSC clinical experience, preferably in geriatric or elderly care.
• Compassionate, patient, and emotionally mature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Residence in Lagos (Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island or nearby areas preferred).
