Registered Nurse – Clinical Care & Leadership

About the role

The Nursing team at Synergy Aesthetic Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care in our Lagos facility. You will lead a multidisciplinary unit, ensuring safe and effective treatment for patients with complex or critical conditions while supporting staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver specialized nursing care, conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and evaluate care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, wound management and other advanced procedures according to protocol.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide direction to the care team.
• Act as nurse-in-charge during shifts, delegate tasks, supervise staff nurses, student nurses and healthcare assistants.
• Maintain accurate documentation, implement infection-prevention and patient-safety policies, and lead quality audits.
• Coordinate with physicians and allied health professionals, educate patients and families, and advocate for patient rights.
• Orient new staff, precept students and facilitate continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing.
• At least 3 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in a critical-care or aesthetic setting.
• Mid-level professional with proven leadership and supervisory abilities.
