Registered Nurse / Caregiver

About the role

POINTCARE MEDICAL is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse/Caregiver to deliver high‑quality home healthcare services in Lekki, Lagos. You will work directly in patients’ homes, providing safe, personalized care while supporting families with education and guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing and caregiving services to clients at home.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients’ health status and vital signs.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living when needed.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home care practices.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Follow infection prevention and control protocols.
• Escalate changes in patients’ conditions to the appropriate medical personnel.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) licence.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home‑healthcare experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Resides in Lekki or surrounding areas, or can commute reliably.
