About the role

ApplyBoard is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Value Solutions to drive revenue growth across a designated market. The role focuses on promoting and selling a portfolio of value‑added services such as Test Vouchers, GIC, Loans, and Forex to B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed regional revenue targets by identifying and securing new B2B business opportunities.
  • Design and implement go‑to‑market strategies tailored to regional dynamics.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers to boost sales and retention.
  • Activate new customers, ensure product adoption, and achieve high customer engagement scores.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and core sales teams to align promotional activities, pricing, and sales objectives.
  • Utilize CRM and technology platforms to streamline processes and track performance.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Product‑led mindset with a technology‑first approach.
  • Strong leadership and ability to develop innovative go‑to‑market strategies.
