Real Estate Marketing Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a proactive marketer to drive the promotion of our real‑estate portfolio in Lagos. You will create and execute marketing campaigns that attract buyers, tenants and investors to our properties.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for real‑estate properties and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through digital channels, networking, referrals and events.
- Create and manage content for social media, websites, email campaigns and other advertising platforms.
- Conduct property presentations, site inspections and promotional events.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure effective promotion and lead conversion.
- Track marketing performance, prepare regular reports and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum of an S.S.C.E (secondary school certificate).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
