About the role
We are seeking a driven Real Estate Marketer to join our Lagos office. The role focuses on promoting property listings, acquiring clients and supporting the sales cycle for our real‑estate portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and target potential property buyers through digital channels and networking.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for Lagos property listings.
- Generate and qualify leads, nurture relationships and assist in closing deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in real‑estate sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Lagos property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Goal‑oriented with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Resident in Lagos.
