Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Officer will ensure that every vehicle leaving our workshop meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with workshop technicians, customer service staff, and management to uphold both company and manufacturer quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct final quality inspections on completed vehicles before delivery.
• Verify that repairs and maintenance services comply with company and manufacturer standards.
• Identify, document, and track quality issues, defects, and non‑conformities.
• Monitor workshop processes, recommend improvements, and develop quality control procedures and checklists.
• Investigate customer complaints related to service quality and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Prepare quality assurance reports and performance metrics.
• Support staff training on quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with workshop and customer service teams to continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality assurance or automotive operations.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Strong reporting and documentation capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
