QC Lab Internship – Frontend, Backend, Design, DevOps

About the role

QUALISYS Consulting’s QC Lab Internship Cohort Program is a six‑month, cohort‑based learning experience that immerses interns in real digital transformation projects. Participants join one of four technical tracks—Frontend Engineering, Backend Engineering, Product Design, or DevOps Engineering—and work alongside senior engineers and designers to develop secure, scalable, and modern digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in agile product teams to design, develop, and test features for enterprise‑grade applications.
• Translate design specifications into functional code or prototypes, depending on the track.
• Contribute to code reviews, performance optimisation, and documentation.
• Participate in research and experimentation activities that explore emerging technologies.
• Meet defined technical and performance KPIs throughout the cohort.

Required profile

• Current enrolment in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
• Strong motivation to learn in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Portfolio, academic projects, or open‑source contributions that showcase relevant skills.

Required skills

• Frontend track: Next.js, React (v19+), component‑based architecture, responsive design.
• Backend track: Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, microservices, API security.
• Design track: Figma, design systems, high‑fidelity prototyping.
• DevOps track: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines.
