QA/QC Consultant – Construction & Interior Fit-Out

About the role

LaborHack is seeking an experienced QA/QC Consultant to support construction and interior fit‑out projects on a flexible, call‑out basis. The role reports to the Head of Project Operations and focuses on establishing and maintaining quality management systems that meet international standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enforce QA/QC policies, procedures and manuals aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and Lean Six Sigma.
• Conduct routine site audits of materials, workmanship and processes, identify non‑conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee quality control across design review, procurement, execution and commissioning phases, validating inspection and test reports.
• Train internal teams and subcontractors on QA/QC standards, lead root‑cause analysis and introduce lean improvements.
• Represent QA/QC in client and consultant meetings, providing clear documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum Auditor Level 2 certification.
• Certification in ISO 9001:2015 and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• 4–8 years of QA/QC experience in construction and interior fit‑out projects.
• Experience with Tier‑1 construction firms (e.g., ITB, El‑Alan, Julius Berger, Cappa & D’Alberto).
