Public Relations Officer

About the role

The Public Relations Officer will shape and communicate the brand narrative of IDA Beauty, ensuring consistent messaging across all media channels. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to boost brand visibility and engagement in the beauty and fashion market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
• Create compelling brand storytelling content, including press releases, founder stories, campaign narratives and other communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, blogs, magazines, influencers, radio, billboards, podcasts and press platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, features, press coverage and media appearances for the brand and its CEO.
• Pitch stories and campaigns to relevant media and lead communications for product launches, events, collaborations and company announcements.
• Monitor media trends, identify opportunities for brand visibility and ensure all external communications reflect the IDA Beauty voice.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in public relations, communications, journalism, media, marketing or brand management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong storytelling ability and understanding of persuasive communication and consumer psychology.
• Proactive, result‑driven and confident professional with a solid grasp of modern digital culture and storytelling trends.

Required skills

• Experience crafting press releases, media statements and brand narratives.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with media and influencer networks.
• Knowledge of branding, marketing and social media trends.
• Familiarity with the beauty, fashion, lifestyle or luxury sectors is an advantage.
