Property Consultant

About the role

The Property Consultant will promote and market Pruvia Integrated Limited's real estate portfolio to prospective clients in Lagos. You will generate leads, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market company properties to prospective clients.
• Generate leads through digital marketing, referrals, networking and field activities.
• Conduct property inspections and presentations for potential buyers.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong client pipeline.
• Negotiate and close property sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long‑term relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.

Required profile

• Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in real estate sales or a similar marketing/sales role.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market (advantage).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
