About the role
Samsung Heavy Industries Nigeria (SHIN) is seeking a Project Engineer to join its Lagos yard, the continent’s first FPSO integration facility. The role involves delivering EPC and offshore construction projects for the oil & gas and maritime sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans from FEED through detailed design.
- Coordinate engineering disciplines and manage change orders.
- Monitor health, safety and environment (HSE) compliance.
- Track project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Required profile
- B.Eng. in Mechanical, Civil, Piping or Electrical engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in EPC/offshore construction project execution.
- Professional registration (COREN/NSE) preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
