Production Supervisor & Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

Oyertur Limited is seeking a Production Supervisor & Quality Assurance Manager to lead its garment manufacturing operations in Lagos. You will be responsible for coordinating production teams, ensuring product quality, and maintaining smooth workflow from fabric sourcing to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules.
• Supervise tailors, cutters, and finishers, allocating tasks and setting targets.
• Monitor quality control at each production stage to meet specifications.
• Collaborate with the Admin & Inventory Officer to secure fabrics, trims, and other materials.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to improve efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly production reports.

Required profile

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Fashion Design, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience supervising garment production.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and production processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for basic reporting.
