Procurement Officer – Hybrid Role

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Officer to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplies that support our hospitality operations while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure goods, materials, and services required by the organization.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate contracts, and secure the best purchasing terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of purchased items.
• Resolve procurement‑related issues such as delays and shortages.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
