Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing and purchasing activities for Thronos Alliance’s hospitality operations in Lagos. The role will be responsible for developing procurement strategies that drive cost efficiency while ensuring compliance and high supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers, negotiating pricing, contracts and commercial terms.
• Maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance and enforce evaluation frameworks.
• Ensure compliance, transparency and adherence to procurement policies.
• Manage procurement budgets, review purchase orders and related documentation.
• Conduct market intelligence, price benchmarking and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Assess and mitigate procurement risks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• CIPS/CPSP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• At least 4 years of procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation and supplier‑management capabilities.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and contract management.
• Analytical and commercial acumen.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or procurement software (generic).
