Procurement Analyst – Spend Analytics & Supplier Intelligence

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Procurement Analyst to turn raw procurement data into actionable insights. You will act as the intelligence engine for our procurement function, supporting category managers with spend analytics, supplier performance tracking and market intelligence. Your analyses will directly enable cost savings, risk mitigation and overall procurement efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze enterprise‑wide spend data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and efficiency gaps.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or Excel to visualise category spend and procurement KPIs.
• Prepare forecasts, budgeting support reports and monthly management presentations.
• Track supplier performance against SLAs, conduct deep‑dive analyses on quality, delivery and pricing consistency, and provide data‑backed insights for negotiations.
• Monitor commodity price trends, inflation impacts and supply‑chain risks, delivering actionable intelligence to leadership.
• Support procurement digitisation by identifying workflow bottlenecks, ensuring policy compliance and acting as the primary contact for audit exercises.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement analytics, supply‑chain finance or data analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Data‑visualisation proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
