Print Production Manager

About the role

The Print Production Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of our print production department, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality print jobs for our advertising and media clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and troubleshoot large format, direct image (DI), digital, offset, and finishing/binding equipment.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
• Monitor print quality, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
• Supervise and mentor production staff, providing technical guidance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and coordinate repairs for all machinery.
• Manage inventory of printing materials, consumables, and supplies.
• Ensure workplace safety standards and operational procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align production with project requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial printing or print production.
• Hands‑on expertise with large format, DI, digital, offset, and finishing/binding equipment.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, color management, and quality control.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve machine‑related issues.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Leadership experience managing production teams.
