Principal – Secondary School Leadership

About the role

The Principal will provide visionary leadership for the Secondary School (Years 7‑12) at StreSERT Integrated Limited, driving academic excellence and a student‑first culture. Working closely with the Head of School and senior leadership, the role ensures strategic alignment with the school’s mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor secondary staff, fostering professional growth and high teaching standards.
• Oversee implementation of the British National Curriculum, IGCSE, and the Ontario Secondary School Diploma programme, ensuring compliance with all relevant examination bodies.
• Integrate Nigerian curriculum components (WAEC, NECO) and coordinate preparation for national assessments.
• Drive curriculum development, data‑informed instruction, and continuous school improvement.
• Champion a safe, inclusive pastoral care environment and supervise discipline procedures.
• Manage university and career counselling for OSSD graduates, supporting pathways to Canadian, British, American, and Nigerian universities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in secondary education.
• Proven track record of managing curriculum across British, Ontario, and Nigerian frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage staff, students, parents, and external partners.
• Commitment to holistic education and continuous school improvement.
