Practice Manager

About the role

The Practice Manager will lead the daily administrative and operational functions of a healthcare practice in Lagos. This senior role ensures high standards of patient care, efficient workflows, and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational activities of the practice.
• Manage staff schedules, workflows, performance, and recruitment.
• Develop, implement, and improve standard operating procedures.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, facilities, and control operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Handle patient concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Liaise with vendors, consultants, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in practice, clinic, hospital, or healthcare operations management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and patient service standards.
