Podcast Producer – Full‑time

About the role

Kenex Konsults International is looking for a creative Podcast Producer to lead the end‑to‑end production of its audio series. You will turn ideas into compelling episodes, manage all production stages, and ensure each release meets the brand’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and produce podcast episodes from concept through publication.
• Research topics, create outlines, and build production schedules.
• Coordinate hosts, guests and interview sessions, handling all logistics.
• Manage recording sessions and guarantee high‑quality audio capture.
• Oversee post‑production, including sound design, audio enhancement and final mastering.
• Write show notes, episode descriptions, scripts and promotional copy.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to promote episodes across digital platforms.
• Publish and distribute podcasts on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube and other services.
• Monitor analytics and audience metrics to continuously improve performance.
• Maintain production equipment and recommend upgrades as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field.
• Entry‑level experience (up to 2 years) in podcast, radio or multimedia production.
• Strong organizational, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent writing, interviewing and content‑development skills.
