Pest Control Field Technician

About the role

SB Super Pest Solutions is seeking a dedicated Pest Control Field Technician to join our team in Lagos. The role involves conducting thorough pest inspections, applying safe treatments, and delivering excellent customer service through effective pest management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pest inspections and identify activity and harbourage areas.
• Apply pesticides and pest management products safely according to approved procedures.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain traps, baits, and other pest control equipment.
• Prepare treatment reports and document completed jobs.
• Educate clients on pest prevention and follow‑up requirements.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and protective gear.
• Follow company safety, quality, and customer‑service procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE‑level qualification in science, environmental health, agriculture or related field (advantageous).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in varied environments.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Responsible, punctual, neat and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s licence is an advantage.
