Personal Brand Content Creator, Videographer, Editor & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative storyteller to build and grow a personal brand through compelling visual content and strategic social media management. The role combines content creation, videography, editing, and community engagement to amplify the brand’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create engaging posts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
• Capture high‑quality video and photography for social media, events and campaigns.
• Edit videos for digital distribution.
• Plan, schedule, publish and manage content across all channels.
• Monitor performance, analyse insights and recommend growth strategies.
• Stay current with social media trends, viral formats and platform updates.
• Develop concepts, scripts and storyboards for productions.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with the brand owner to maintain a consistent voice and identity.
• Organise and maintain digital media files and production equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Video Editor and Social Media Manager.
• Strong photography and videography abilities.
• Demonstrated success in managing social media accounts and growing audience engagement.
• Excellent storytelling, communication and creative thinking skills.
• Knowledge of content planning, analytics and best practices.
• Must reside within or close to Lekki and be available to work onsite.
