Personal Assistant to Founder & CEO

About the role

Mirrors Beauty is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support its Founder & CEO. This role is pivotal in ensuring the executive’s day runs smoothly while contributing to the high‑end retail experience the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Organise personal and professional appointments, events, and vendor engagements.
• Act as the primary liaison with brands, PR agencies, influencers, stylists, photographers, and other external partners.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist in planning and executing store events, product launches, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive.
• Background in beauty, fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle sectors is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with productivity tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, or ClickUp.
