Personal Assistant to CEO

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of Trionlife Wellness International. The role combines high‑level administrative duties, rapid communication handling, and personal branding support in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all CEO messages across WhatsApp, Email, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and SMS within 5 minutes, drafting professional replies and escalating urgent matters.
• Manage the CEO’s daily and weekly calendar, schedule meetings, confirm appointments 24 hours in advance, and provide reminders 15–30 minutes before each event.
• Plan travel itineraries, book flights, hotels, and restaurants as needed.
• Maintain the CEO’s social media presence by posting daily content, recording videos, taking photos, drafting captions, and responding to comments within 10 minutes.
• Organise digital files on cloud platforms, create daily summaries, and maintain an “Idea Bank” for the CEO’s projects.
• Coordinate communication between the CEO and department heads, follow up on assigned tasks, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Mass Communication, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
• Proven ability to manage executive schedules, high‑volume communication, and social media platforms.
• Excellent confidentiality, organization, and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with cloud storage solutions (Google Drive, Dropbox).
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram).
• Strong written communication for drafting replies and captions.
