Packaging & Order Fulfilment Associate

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Packaging & Order Fulfilment Associate to join our Lagos team. In this role you will ensure that customer orders are accurately picked, packaged and dispatched, supporting our fast‑moving retail and FMCG operations.

Key responsibilities

• Pick products from designated storage locations based on order specifications.
• Count, weigh and measure items to meet company quality standards.
• Package goods neatly and securely for shipment or customer pickup.
• Verify product quantities, sizes and labels against order documents before sealing.
• Attach waybills and dispatch labels to outgoing parcels.
• Organise inventory on shelves, racks or other storage areas following company procedures.
• Update inventory and fulfilment records using computer systems.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment and follow hygiene and safety protocols.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE (or equivalent) qualification.
• At least 18 years old and resident of Ikeja and surrounding areas.
• Ability to read and interpret customer orders accurately.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Physically fit to lift and move boxes or cartons safely.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
