Operations Officer

About the role

Letmoveit.ng is looking for an Operations Officer to coordinate daily moving operations, liaise with truck partners and loaders, and ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery in Lagos. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily moving operations and monitor job execution.
• Liaise with truck partners, loaders, and other operational stakeholders.
• Track scheduled moves to ensure timely service delivery.
• Escalate critical operational issues to Management when necessary.
• Monitor operational performance and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, operational policies, and quality standards.
• Resolve operational challenges and support customer issue resolution.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to Management.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across all activities.
• Perform any other operational duties assigned by Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously.
• High level of accountability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with logistics/operations management tools.
