Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead and coordinate all operational activities at DexNova Consulting Limited, ensuring seamless procurement, sourcing, logistics and project support. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, maintaining quality standards and supporting the sales team to meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily operational functions across procurement, sourcing, logistics and project support.
• Lead the Logistics, Sourcing and Pricing teams, assign tasks, monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Oversee supplier identification, quotation evaluation, performance monitoring and vendor relationship management.
• Ensure timely delivery of products, manage shipment schedules and resolve operational delays.
• Review pricing strategies, prepare accurate quotations and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to meet customer requirements and resolve service issues.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, track KPIs and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of relevant experience in operations, supply chain or logistics.
• Mid‑level professional with proven team leadership and supervision abilities.
