Operations Manager – Hospitality Platform

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the onboarding and day-to-day management of hotels, short-lets, event spaces and property owners on our platform. You will ensure listings meet quality standards, oversee bookings from reservation to checkout and work closely with the CEO to scale operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of hotels, short-lets, event spaces and property owners.
• Conduct property inspections and verify information, amenities, pricing and documentation.
• Oversee each booking from reservation through guest checkout, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Coordinate with owners, agents and internal teams to resolve operational issues quickly.
• Maintain Zoho CRM with accurate records of leads, partners, bookings and follow-ups.
• Monitor booking performance, track operational KPIs and generate weekly reports.
• Develop and improve operational workflows and SOPs.
• Collaborate with the CEO to improve efficiency and support scaling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, property management or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and operational activities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
