Odoo ERP Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Trainer to deliver hands‑on training to our clients in Nigeria. You will design and conduct workshops across key Odoo modules, helping users adopt the system effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on training on Odoo Accounting, Sales, Inventory, CRM, HR, Purchase, Manufacturing and other core modules.
• Conduct workshops tailored to each client’s business processes.
• Adapt training materials for beginners, intermediate and advanced users.
• Support ERP implementation projects and drive user adoption.
• Develop practical training resources such as user guides, manuals, presentations and video tutorials specifically for Nigerian businesses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience working with Odoo ERP.
• Experience in ERP implementation or consulting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules.
• Understanding of Nigerian tax and accounting practices is a plus.
• Odoo certification is advantageous.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
