NFT Marketer

About the role

Wagyr is seeking an NFT Marketer to lead the promotion of its NFT‑based gaming experiences. Based in Lekki, you will craft and launch campaigns that connect gamers and fans, turning belief into real rewards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing campaigns for NFT drops, loyalty mechanisms and on‑chain experiences.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies for new NFT launches.
• Manage community and social channels including Discord, X, Telegram, Instagram and TikTok.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to create compelling narratives and visuals.
• Engage with Web3 and gaming communities, organize AMAs and virtual events.
• Track, analyse and report campaign performance, iterating to improve acquisition, retention and trading volume.
• Serve as a brand advocate, ensuring clear, inclusive messaging aligned with Wagyr’s mission.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Web3, NFT or crypto marketing.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, NFT marketplaces and on‑chain engagement.
• Hands‑on expertise in community management and content creation for Discord, X, Telegram, Instagram and TikTok.
• Track record of planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including influencer partnerships and performance marketing.
• Excellent storytelling and copywriting for gamer and crypto‑native audiences.
• Comfort with data and analytics tools to measure KPIs.
• Knowledge of esports and competitive gaming cultures.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lekki and thrive in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
