About the role
Multipro Consumer Products Limited (MCPL) is launching a nationwide recruitment drive to fill a variety of full‑time positions across sales, logistics, and human resources. The company, a leading consumer goods distributor in Nigeria, seeks dynamic professionals to join its growing teams in Lagos, Abuja, and other regions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for assigned territories or product categories.
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Oversee fleet operations, monitoring vehicle performance and compliance.
- Support HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development.
- Coordinate field activities, execute promotional campaigns, and ensure market coverage.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or proven experience in sales, logistics, or HR.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of supply‑chain or fleet‑monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with CRM or HRIS platforms is a plus.
