Medical Officer – HIFU & Women’s Health

About the role

The Medical Officer (HIFU) will lead clinical and operational activities for the HIFU service line and women’s health services. This position bridges direct patient care with practice management to ensure high‑quality, efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, assessments, and counseling for patients with fibroids and other gynecological conditions.
• Evaluate patient suitability for HIFU, review medical records, and provide ongoing clinical care.
• Manage HIFU procedure scheduling, coordinate multidisciplinary workflows, and track patient outcomes.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient flow, appointment management, and staff scheduling.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate billing and KPI reporting, and ensure compliance with medical regulations.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent with valid registration from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
• Minimum of 4 years post‑NYSC clinical experience.
• Background in women’s health, fertility, or practice management is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems.
