Massage Therapist

About the role

E-direct is seeking a professional Massage Therapist to join its spa team in Lagos. You will deliver a range of therapeutic massage services to guests, ensuring a relaxing and safe environment while upholding the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide relaxation, deep tissue, Swedish, sports and other approved massage treatments.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate therapies.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene before and after each session.
• Explain procedures and after‑care recommendations to clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment notes.
• Monitor client responses during treatment and adjust techniques as needed.
• Promote additional spa or wellness services when appropriate.
• Handle client enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Support a welcoming spa atmosphere and participate in ongoing training.

Required profile

• Minimum of a S.S.C.E qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar massage therapy role.
