Marketplace Growth & Creator Success Lead

About the role

We are building a live‑streaming platform that connects event hosts, vetted production crews and paying audiences in a seamless workflow. As the Marketplace Growth & Creator Success Lead, you will own the health, liquidity and growth of our marketplace, ensuring creators and hosts thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Drive acquisition, activation and retention of creators, production crews and event hosts.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with agencies, production companies, venues and other ecosystem stakeholders.
• Design and run onboarding, education and engagement programs to boost performance, monetisation and retention.
• Foster vibrant creator and host communities to encourage loyalty and advocacy.
• Monitor marketplace health, identify supply‑demand imbalances and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to translate user insights into platform improvements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in growth, marketplace operations, product or creator‑economy roles.
• Proven track record on two‑sided marketplaces, gig platforms or creator platforms.
• Strong analytical ability and experience with growth metrics, funnels, A/B testing and cohort analysis.
• Deep understanding of user acquisition, activation and retention strategies.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with product, engineering and operations teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
