Marketing Specialist – Lagos

About the role

Kenex Konsults International is seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to join its team in Lagos. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness and generating new business opportunities for its manufacturing and warehousing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Generate leads through field marketing, networking, referrals, and digital initiatives.
• Promote offerings through presentations, meetings, exhibitions, and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Manage and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.
• Prepare marketing reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and networking events.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Up to two years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Results‑oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
