Marketing & Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical Products

About the role

The Marketing & Sales Manager will lead strategic initiatives to boost brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue for Agary Pharmaceutical's range of medical and hospital consumables. This full‑time position is based in Lagos and focuses on positioning pharmaceutical products effectively in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product positioning and market penetration.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing with a proven track record in brand management.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across departments.
• Results‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
