Marketing / Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing / Sales Executive to drive the promotion and sale of our manufacturing and warehousing solutions in Lagos. The role combines field sales, customer relationship management and market intelligence to expand our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market company products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify, develop and nurture new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct field marketing activities, visit customers, distributors and retailers.
• Generate leads, follow up enquiries, prepare quotations and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and report performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and provide accurate market intelligence.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on promotional campaigns and events.
• Represent the company professionally at trade shows, product activations and other marketing events.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing activity reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE/WAEC/NECO; OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Mass Communication or related field is an advantage.
• Up to 24 months of experience in marketing, sales, business development or customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good knowledge of Lagos and its business environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field work.
• Professional appearance, reliability and discipline.
