Marketing Representative

About the role

The Marketing Representative will promote E-direct's IT and telecom products and services to prospective customers in Lagos. This entry‑level position involves field work, direct outreach, and the generation of qualified leads to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers through field visits, referrals, networking and direct marketing.
• Generate quality leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales and marketing targets.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing and promotions to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations when required.
• Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures and business cards.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on marketing activities.
• Record customer visits, leads generated, sales closed and pending opportunities.
• Submit activity reports to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing or sales role.

Required skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to conduct field visits and manage customer relationships.
• Basic reporting and documentation skills.
