Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our brand positioning and demand generation efforts for DO‑II Designs, a premium interior design and furniture manufacturing firm in Lagos. The role will drive both B2C and B2B campaigns, manage our digital ecosystem and support the sales pipeline with high‑intent leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for retail customers and corporate/real‑estate developers to increase foot traffic, showroom visits and project pipelines.
• Oversee the brand’s digital channels (website, Instagram, LinkedIn, email newsletters) and produce catalogs, product videos and lifestyle imagery.
• Design lead‑generation funnels targeting corporate inquiries, interior‑designer partnerships, architectural collaborations and retail walk‑ins.
• Conduct market research on competitor pricing, furniture trends and raw‑material positioning in Lagos and the wider Nigerian market.
• Coordinate visual merchandising standards and manage events such as open houses, exhibitions and strategic partnerships.
• Set, track and report on key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, lead‑to‑conversion) and optimise the marketing budget for maximum ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in premium furniture manufacturing, high‑end interior design, luxury retail or real‑estate development is preferred.
• Strong written communication for storytelling and corporate profiling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Analytics.
