Marketing Manager – Hospitality & Leisure

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, customer engagement and revenue growth across Twinwaters’ restaurants, event suites, retail spaces, rooftop lounge and gaming arcade in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage digital and social media presence, creating compelling content.
• Coordinate promotional events, partnerships and on‑site activations.
• Produce and maintain brand collateral and visual assets.
• Conduct market and competitor research, analyse performance data and optimise initiatives.
• Oversee marketing budgets, track spend and report results to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, events and restaurant teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail or lifestyle brand marketing.
• Strong strategic planning, project management and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to brand consistency.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lekki and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
