Marketing Lead (B2B SaaS – Fitness & Wellness)

About the role

StrideWell is seeking a Marketing Lead to own and shape the marketing function for its AI‑powered B2B SaaS platform serving gyms, physiotherapy clinics and coaching firms. You will drive lead generation, build brand awareness and help the company move from early traction to a larger market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B SaaS marketing strategies that generate qualified demos and pipeline.
• Create persuasive copy and content tailored to busy small‑business owners in the fitness and wellness sector.
• Manage paid social, Google Ads, SEO, email automation and community marketing initiatives.
• Track marketing funnels, attribution and ROI, reporting results to the technical founder.
• Iterate campaigns independently with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably in an early‑stage startup.
• Demonstrated track record of generating leads, demos or pipeline with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian SMB and fitness/wellness landscape.
