Marketing Executive

About the role
The Marketing Executive will join our Lagos office to turn assigned leads into satisfied customers using digital channels, primarily WhatsApp. You will act as the first point of contact, delivering prompt service and driving conversions for our financial products.
Key responsibilities
- Convert assigned leads into customers via WhatsApp.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up with prospects, negotiate and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Achieve the sales targets set by management.
Required profile
- ND/HND in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in a bank, micro‑finance institution, loan company, fintech or a similar financial services environment.
- Strong communication and sales orientation with a proven ability to meet targets.
- Good smartphone proficiency and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000.
- Full‑time, onsite position located in Ikeja, Lagos.
