Marketing Executive

About the role

E-direct is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to drive the promotion of residential, commercial and investment properties. You will work closely with sales, client services and external partners to generate leads and convert them into successful transactions. This role combines online and offline marketing tactics to enhance brand visibility in the hospitality and real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote properties through digital channels, social media, property listing platforms and traditional media.
• Identify and generate new sales leads via networking, referrals, cold calling and field marketing.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, tenants, landlords, investors and corporate clients.
• Conduct property inspections, accompany clients on viewings and provide accurate property information.
• Negotiate sales and lease agreements on behalf of the company.
• Prepare listings, marketing materials and promotional content.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of clients, enquiries, properties and transactions.
• Follow up on enquiries, convert prospects and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research on pricing, demand and competitor activity.
• Prepare sales, marketing activity and client feedback reports.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of SSCE.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing or sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent relationship‑building skills.
