About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Communication professional to join African Exhibition Services in Lagos. The role will drive our marketing initiatives and manage client communications to support the delivery of custom exhibition solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that promote our exhibition services.
- Manage all communication channels with clients and prospects, ensuring timely and clear information flow.
- Coordinate client requests with the production team to design and set up exhibition booths.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through consistent service delivery and relationship management.
- Monitor market trends and adapt marketing tactics to enhance brand visibility.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation.
- Background in public relations and client engagement.
- Proven project management and organizational abilities.
- Creative problem‑solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of the exhibition or event management industry is a plus.
- Willingness to work under pressure, including weekends and night shifts.
