About the role
R & R is seeking an energetic Marketer to join its retail, fashion and FMCG team in Lagos. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop marketing expertise while supporting business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Promote company products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at driving sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Prepare marketing reports and provide market feedback.
Required profile
- Minimum B.Sc. or HND qualification.
- Experience in marketing or business development is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑driven and result‑oriented mindset.

What we offer
- Salary range NGN 150,000 – 250,000 per month.
