Manufacturing Technician – Production & Roll Form Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our production team in Lagos. The role focuses on operating and maintaining roll‑form equipment to produce stud, track, furring channel and wall angle components according to specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Handle stud/track, furring channel and wall angle production.
• Maintain and update setup charts for all roll‑form tooling sets.
• Perform tooling setup and line changeover on roll‑form machines to meet printed specifications.
• Adjust equipment and tooling to keep dimensional tolerances within required limits.
• Set up and operate machines to produce designated components.
• Make minor machine adjustments to ensure satisfactory production output.
• Operate all equipment in compliance with strict safety standards.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc. degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience as a production engineer or similar manufacturing role.

Required skills

• Roll form machine operation.
• Tooling setup and line changeover.
• Equipment adjustment and minor machine tuning.
• Adherence to safety procedures in an industrial environment.
